The Company
Roldo Rent is a Dutch company that rents moving equipment like roll containers, moving boxes, dollies and moveable filing cabinets. From 21 depots, they operate a pool of more than 150,000 assets and supply them to a customer base of over 800 moving companies in the Benelux and DACH areas.
The Challenge
The company planned to begin renting sustainable smart move boxes directly to consumers. Thus, they wanted to improve logistical operations and also let customers control their rented assets. In order to expand their business, they also needed an overall solution to reduce losses, improve inventories and increase the efficiency of administrative processes.
